Device Repair Policy

Introduction

This device repair policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Fones 52 LTD will repair devices brought to its shop.

Acceptance of Devices

Fones 52 LTD will accept for repair any device that is brought to its shop. However, Fones 52 LTD reserves the right to refuse to repair any device that is damaged beyond repair, or that is not compatible with the parts and tools that Fones 52 LTD has available.

Estimates

Fones 52 LTD will provide an estimate of the cost of repair before any work is done. The estimate will be based on the type of repair needed, the cost of parts, and the labor costs.

Payment

Payment for repairs is due in full at the time the device is picked up. Fones 52 LTD accepts cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Warranty

All repairs come with a 30-day warranty. If the device breaks down within 30 days of the repair, Fones 52 LTD will repair the device free of charge.

Limitation of Liability

Fones 52 LTD is not liable for any damage to the device that occurs during the repair process. Fones 52 LTD is also not liable for any data loss that occurs during the repair process.

Changes to Policy

Fones 52 LTD reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on Fones 52 LTD's website.
