Device Repair Refund Policy

Introduction

This device repair refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Fones 52 LTD will issue refunds for repairs.

Refunds

Fones 52 LTD will issue refunds for repairs that are not completed or that are not satisfactory to the customer. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the date of the repair.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the customer must:

  • Have a valid receipt for the repair.
  • Return the device to Fones 52 LTD in its original condition.
  • Provide a reason for the refund.

Refund Amount

The amount of the refund will be based on the cost of the repair. If the repair was not completed, the customer will receive a full refund. If the repair was completed but was not satisfactory to the customer, the customer will receive a partial refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, the customer must contact Fones 52 LTD at fones52uk@gmail.com or by calling  07900 353536. The customer will need to provide their name, contact information, and the reason for the refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the date the refund request is received. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment that was used to purchase the repair.

Limitations

There are a few limitations to this refund policy:

  • Refunds will not be issued for repairs that are more than 30 days old.
  • Refunds will not be issued for repairs that were caused by customer error.
  • Refunds will not be issued for repairs that were made to devices that were not in working condition when they were brought to Fones 52 LTD.

Changes to Policy

Fones 52 LTD reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on Fones 52 LTD's website.
